And of course, knowing the best times to go birding will also be an important part of birding; you are more likely to see different birds if you go out in the spring or in the fall - during migration season - and on a day-to-day basis, your best times to go out are between six and nine in the morning and right before sunset, as these are the times of day during which birds are most active, which will help you to get the most enjoyment out of your time out on the trail.

Figuring out what you want to eat for dinner when you are camping will be a piece of cake, as most of the time you will be preparing well in advance for this portion of the camping trip; for some reason, however, most people neglect to plan for breakfast when they are camping, and because of this, they end up with a shortage of food during this time. When going car camping, you can simply bring a propane powered grill with you, or you can simply bring a skillet and a way to set it up over a campfire, and once you have done this, you can make a delicious breakfast in the skillet with eggs, salsa, chopped onions, and anything else you wish to add – and as good as this breakfast is at home, it is even better when you have it at a campsite!

If bratwursts are part of your dinner plans while camping, plan on saving a few for breakfast, as these are just as good in the morning as they are for dinner; the great thing about bratwursts is that they will last for a couple days outside of the refrigerator, so even if you are backpacking for a couple days, you can still enjoy these for breakfast!

Preparing Swiss Macaroni And Cheese

For most people, macaroni and cheese is always a great dinner choice - but if you are thinking of making some mac and cheese straight from the box, it will also be a terribly unhealthy dinner choice; while it is tough to make macaroni and cheese that is truly "healthy," it is at least possible to make some that is "more healthy," and that tastes great to boot!

It is very easy to make Swiss mac and cheese, and whether you are cooking for a whole family or cooking just for yourself, it is always an excellent choice, as it feeds plenty of people at once, and as it stores easily in the fridge for just about as long as you could want! The first thing you will need, of course, is a box of macaroni elbows for your Swiss mac and cheese; rather than buying over-processed macaroni, however, shell out an extra dollar or two for the fresh, organic macaroni, as this will go a long way in making your meal a much healthier one.

As you boil the water for the macaroni, heat up some oil in a pan, cut up half a yellow union, and - when the oil is hot - add the onions to the pan, stirring regularly; when the onions start to get slightly brown, add a bit of honey to the pan, and continue stirring until the onions begin to border on black.

Around this time, you should be able to add the macaroni to the water, and you can start grating a block of fresh, organic Swiss cheese; cook the macaroni the way you normally would, then drain it and return it to the pot in which it was cooked.

From this point, everything is simple: add the onions and cheese to the pasta, stir until the cheese melts, then add just a little bit of cream and a healthy helping of pepper, and just like that - in no more than 20 or 30 minutes - you will have a great big helping of delicious Swiss macaroni and cheese!

Tips For Staying Awake During A Long Drive At Night

When you drive, it is easy for the monotony of the road to make you feel tired, but this is never the case more fully than when you are taking a long drive at night, as you are already likely to be tired, and the monotony of the road is likely to compound this tiredness until you are putting yourself at serious risk. The ultimate: Of course, if you want to go all-out - which is certainly advisable if you have people who are coming in from out of town for the "reunion" - you should plan something overnight; this can also be a trip to the beach or along a river, but with camping (or a beach/lake house), or it could even be a central city that has a great nightlife, and that is easy for everyone to get to!

Regardless of the option you end up settling on as the right one for you and your friends, you will be able to catch up with all your old friends and reminisce on great times, and you might even create more great times that you can all reminisce on further down the road!
